RETURN POLICY

The return of the products, except for the problems related to the warranty, is made at your expense. beautyvictoria.ro will not reimburse the costs of returning the product.

In accordance with the legislation in force, you have the right to return the ordered products, without specifying the reasons, within 14 days from the date you enter or a third party indicated by you, in physical possession of the products (date of delivery of the products) .

The products cannot be returned until after you contact us by email or phone. Before returning a product, carefully read the terms below and the product-specific return conditions.

The return is made in a few simple steps:

You make sure that the product meets the return conditions;
Fill in a return request and send it to orders (@) beautyvictoria.ro;
You are waiting for the approval of the return request from http://beautyvictoria.ro;
Send the product to the Seller;
You will receive the value of the product or another product in exchange, as the case may be.

Conditions that the products must meet in order to be returned:

To fulfill the condition of the term of 14 days from the delivery.
The products must be in the same condition in which they were sent.
Products that have been used or unsealed are not accepted on return.
The products must be accompanied by all the accessories that have been delivered to you.
You must return the products in the original packaging, accompanied by the initial labels, intact, the invoice that accompanied them, any gifts that were offered to you with them.
