Order information

We invite you to access the products presented on the site. You will notice that you need to select the quantity and add the product to the shopping cart.

In “My Cart” you can see all the products you want to order. When you have finished shopping, you must click on the “Complete order” button.

Specify the delivery and billing dates and choose the payment method. Don’t forget to check the completed data at the end and click on the Send Order button. You will immediately receive an email confirming the order placed, and you will be contacted within a maximum of 24 hours by us with the final confirmation and details of any questions.

If you have placed the order and selected the option to create a customer account, you can track orders placed directly from the customer account using the unique order number received when placing it by accessing the Order Tracking option.

If you placed an order without the option to create a customer account, unfortunately you cannot track the order.

Yes. An order can be canceled by sending an email to: comenzi@beautyvictoria.ro.

Don’t forget to specify the order number placed. We will contact you later for confirmation.

Yes. A customer account is not required to place an order.

Yes. Telephone orders can be made from Monday to Friday between 09.00 – 18.00 at the telephone numbers 0723.723.560 or 0720.726.137.

A Beauty Victoria operator will take over and generate the order for you on our website so that you have electronic access to all the information provided by phone.

Phone order is an automatic recognition and acceptance of our privacy policies and terms of use applicable to standard orders through the online store.

Payment and Delivery Information

Orders placed on beautyvictoria.ro can be paid in RAMBURS regime: in cash / cash, upon delivery of the product or by bank transfer to the account indicated when selecting and placing the order with payment in the account.

At this moment we do not accept payment directly with the card.

The delivery term is a maximum of 3 working days, counted from the date of taking over your order. This term may be modified for reasons beyond our control.

Delivery is made by a courier company, at the customer’s home, within 1 day of sending the order, and can reach the destination after a maximum of 2 days.

If you want to specify certain aspects related to delivery such as: delivery time, address or landmarks, please enter these things in the “order information” box before completing the order.

The day the package with your order will be shipped, you will be notified by e-mail or telephone by us.

The package can be picked up by any family member.

The products are delivered within the available stock. If one or more of the ordered products is no longer in stock, you will be notified. In some cases, the ordered product can be replaced with a similar one if you want and agree to it.

The responsibility for any damage caused to the product, package or package sent by us rests with the courier company or the carrier according to the legislation in force. The products will be replaced by us if the courier’s fault is proven and we will be notified within 24 hours of receiving the package.

The return of the products, except for the problems related to the warranty, is made at your expense. beautyvictoria.ro will not reimburse the costs of returning the product.

In accordance with the legislation in force, you have the right to return the ordered products, without specifying the reasons, within 14 days from the date you enter or a third party indicated by you, in physical possession of the products (date of delivery of the products) .

Products can be returned by filling out the return form. Before returning a product, carefully read the Return Policy and return conditions specific to the product.

GDPR information

Our site uses SSL technology to encrypt stored data. The domain is hosted on a secure server with restricted access located in Romania.

We only collect data needed to process placed orders. The data collected is required to send the invoice and to generate the delivery AWB. We do not collect or store any data other than those mentioned when generating the customer account or placing an order.
